Common questions
Do I need to be a coach to publish?
No. Any Precision Prep user can publish. Coaches are welcome too — Follow is a separate revenue stream from your 1:1 coaching.
How is this different from a Patreon or IG close-friends?
Your journal IS the product. Subscribers see your actual training numbers, macros, weight trend, photos — updated in real time as you log. No manual posting, no thinking up content. Message them privately anytime.
What if I don't want to share my PED protocols?
Every stream is opt-in individually. Publish only training + nutrition + check-ins if you want. PEDs live behind an extra 18+ consent modal even for subscribers who paid.
When do I get paid?
Stripe pays out weekly to your bank account (standard Stripe Connect terms). Platform fee is 10% — you keep 90% of every subscription.
Can I cancel Follow anytime?
Yes. Toggle publish off and your public page 404s immediately. Existing subscribers stay active through their paid period, then their access lapses automatically.
