Content Policy

1. Who we are

Precision Prep AI ("Precision Prep," "we," "us") is a software platform for training, nutrition, and prep tracking. We host user-generated content on subscription-based creator journals ("Follow").

We are not: a coach, a medical provider, a pharmacy, a distributor, a supplement retailer, or a licensed dietitian, physician, or trainer. We do not verify, endorse, or vouch for any content published by our users.

2. Creator responsibilities

If you publish a paid Follow journal on Precision Prep, you retain full ownership and full responsibility for your published content. By publishing, you represent and warrant that:

· You are the sole author of the content or have full rights to publish it.

· Nothing in your content constitutes medical advice, a prescription, a diagnosis, or a recommendation to any subscriber.

· You will not name, link to, or otherwise recommend any specific vendor, source, supplier, pharmacy, or distributor of controlled or performance-enhancing substances.

· You have complied with all applicable laws in your own jurisdiction regarding what you publish, and you accept full liability for any laws that may be violated in your subscribers' jurisdictions.

· You will not publish content sexualizing or referencing minors, nor solicit or receive payment from minors.

· You will indemnify Precision Prep, its owners, employees, and contractors against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your content or your subscribers' use of it.

3. Subscriber responsibilities

If you subscribe to a Follow journal, you acknowledge that:

· The content is a personal log written for educational reference only. It is not medical advice, a prescription, or a recommendation directed to you.

· The creator is not your coach, physician, dietitian, or trainer. No professional relationship exists.

· You will not act on any content without consulting your own qualified medical or fitness professionals.

· You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction, including those regarding controlled substances, prescription medications, and dietary supplements.

· You are 18 years of age or older.

5. Prohibited content

The following are strictly prohibited on Precision Prep, including in published Follow content and in direct messages between creators and subscribers:

· Naming, linking to, or recommending vendors, sources, or suppliers of controlled substances or prescription medications.

· Content that promotes self-harm, disordered eating, or dangerous protocols.

· Content depicting or targeting minors.

· Doxxing, harassment, or threats.

· Copyrighted material you do not own or have license to publish.

· Spam, fraudulent claims, or misrepresentation of credentials.

· Any content that violates applicable law in the United States or in the creator's stated jurisdiction of publication.

6. Moderation and takedown

Precision Prep reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, moderate, remove, or restrict access to any published content at our sole discretion. We may:

· Remove specific content items without prior notice.

· Suspend a creator's Follow publishing privileges (existing subscribers retain access through their paid period per Stripe's cancellation logic).

· Refund subscribers if we remove a creator entirely.

· Cooperate with law enforcement, court orders, and rights-holder DMCA requests.

Any user may flag a piece of content using the "Report content" button on the follower viewer. Reports are logged with the reporter's user ID, timestamp, and category, and reviewed by Precision Prep staff. Not every report will result in action.

7. DMCA and rights-holder notices

If you believe content on Precision Prep infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA-compliant notice to legal@precisionprep.ai including: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material with a URL, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature.

We will respond to complete notices within a reasonable timeframe and may remove the identified content pending review.

8. No professional relationship

Nothing on Precision Prep creates a doctor-patient, coach-athlete, dietitian-client, or fiduciary relationship between Precision Prep and any user, or between a Follow creator and their subscribers unless explicitly agreed to in a separate written contract between them.

All content on Precision Prep is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Reliance on any content is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRECISION PREP AI, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, HEALTH, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM; (II) ANY CONTENT PUBLISHED BY ANY USER; (III) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY; OR (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Content Policy at any time. Changes take effect on posting. Continued use of Precision Prep after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users where practical.
